Booking terms
Terms for direct bookings on dnck24.de, as of October 2026. Translation for your convenience; the German version is binding.
1. Contracting party
Your contracting party is Grundstücksgemeinschaft Lev Evzovich und Tatiana Arzamasova, Reichenberger Straße 80, 10999 Berlin, Germany ("we"). These terms apply to stays in the apartments at Danneckerstraße 24, 10245 Berlin, booked directly on this website.
2. Booking and contract
The apartments, prices and free dates shown on the website are not yet a binding offer. By clicking "Book and pay" you make a binding offer. We accept it with the reservation email you receive right afterwards, which states the total price, payment details and payment deadline.
Your booking becomes valid only once we receive your payment. The contract is subject to the condition that the total price reaches our account or PayPal by the deadline. If it does not, the contract lapses at no cost to you and we release the dates. After payment we send you the final booking confirmation.
3. Prices
The total price in euros shown when you book applies. It includes accommodation, final cleaning, any surcharge for additional guests, the Berlin city tax and 7% VAT. There are no further costs.
4. Payment
The full total is payable in advance by bank transfer or PayPal within the deadline stated in the reservation email: 24 hours after booking, 3 hours if you arrive the same or the next day. Please use your reservation code as the payment reference; for short-notice bookings please use PayPal or an instant transfer. We send the access details once we have checked your payment.
5. Cancellation
Free cancellation: up to 7 days before the day of arrival (until midnight of the date stated in the reservation email). An email to dnck24fewo@gmail.com is enough. We refund any payment in full within 14 days. Bookings made less than 7 days before arrival cannot be cancelled free of charge.
After that the booking is non-refundable. If you cancel later or do not arrive, the total price remains due. We deduct saved expenses (such as cleaning and city tax) and any income from re-letting the apartment for that period. You may prove that our loss was lower.
No right of withdrawal: under § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB there is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a specific period.
6. Arrival and departure
Self check-in: arrive any time from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Access is by digital door code, sent before arrival. Guests who are not German citizens must fill in a registration form.
7. Use of the apartment
Only registered guests, up to the stated maximum, may stay. No subletting, pets, smoking in the apartment or parties. Quiet hours 22:00–06:00 and on Sundays and holidays. For serious breaches we may terminate the contract without notice and without refund.
8. Liability
You are liable for damage you or your fellow guests cause through fault. We are liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health and for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to typical foreseeable damage.
9. Withdrawal by us
We may withdraw in case of force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control, or if the booking was made with false information. Payments already made are refunded in full.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. For consumers this does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where they normally live.
